Golf Rules
- Soft-spike shoes are required on the course for all golfers.
- Summer rules of play from May 1 to October 1 shall prevail unless
otherwise POSTED.
- To establish and maintain a handicap, you must prepay a GHIN fee.
Deposit all score cards in the proper boxes in the Pro Shop.
- The USGA Handicap System shall be administered and an established
handicap shall be essential for Club league golf or tournament play.
- No groups in excess of a foursome shall be allowed unless approved
by the Pro Shop, except scheduled events and tournaments or otherwise
POSTED in advance thereof.
- Proper attire, including shirt and shoes, is required on the golf
course.
- All play must start at Tee No. 1 or as otherwise permitted in advance
by personnel of the Pro Shop.
- MULLIGANS are not allowed on any tee unless administered by personnel
of the Pro Shop or the Committee on Tournaments.
- All golfers must have their own set of clubs when playing on the course
- no more than one player out of one bag.
- Footprints and scuffs in sand traps must be raked upon departure from
the sand trap.
- Divots must be replaced and ball indentures on greens must be neatly
repaired by golfers during play
- Foursomes shall have course play priority but must play without undue
delay. Slow players must permit faster groups to play through at the
first convenient opportunity in such manner as not to delay maximum
course use by other golfers.
- There shall not be MORE than two persons in a golf cart.
- No person under 16 years of age shall be permitted to drive or operate
a golf car privately owned or rented, on the course unless accompanied
by an adult or parent responsible therefore.
- Golf cars and pull carts must be kept at least 30 feet from all greens,
and otherwise operated and used in areas designated, marked or posted.
Carts should be operated on hard surface cart paths.
- When 5-somes are allowed there must be a minimum of 2 motorized carts
in the group.
General Rules:
- All food and beverage consumed in clubhouse or on course must be purchased
from the club.
- Members not in good standing as described by the By-Laws may be denied
access to clubhouse and course.
- Members may entertain guests in the lounge and dining room without
limitations as to the number of times.
- Members and guests must settle bill before leaving the premises.
- Charging is available to the Members. Charged purchases are payable
at first billing following purchase. Failure to make monthly payments
will result in denial of charging privileges.
